  • Good app, horrible icon/logo

Edit: wow, they STILL haven’t updated the logo. App feels dated Honestly, if this company or app icon rebranded from three stretched-checks to something less cringe I’d give it a higher rating. Please consider rebrand! It’s time! This app icon is like over a decade old

This is the most effective planner app that I have ever used. Since you can set up due dates, use labels, set up projects, enter comments, and so much more. This is an all in one planner that helps you stay on top of everything for personal and work. I cannot recommend this enough.

Love how Todoist integrates with a lot of other applications. I just need 1 app to open to help keep life, to dos, and projects organized. My only problem now is time management

  • Getting there

It works for me if I do some prep before making my lists. I wish there was a way to see all the days of the month at once and that it had year view as well from which I can navigate to certain months and days. It really helps me to plan out my day and month if I can get a visual of it. Also, the recurring tasks feature needs some work. Sometimes I want to skip a task for that week or day and there’s no way to skip a recurring task. I have to mark it as done because if I delete it, then I’m deleting the recurring task completely.

Todoist is a to do list app that you can adapt to your particular situation. it can sync to all of your different devices. It’s graphics or pleasant and simple. You can start using it in a very basic way and as you use it, you can learn about different features that you can adjust to your particular work situation or life in general.

I thought this would work for me, but like a lot of apps to get what they say it does it costs you money even for short trial. When went to remove it. It stayed on my calendar no matter what I did to delete it. Todoist’s own instructions for removing the app and its attachments to everything didn’t work. Thankfully Google had a solution in the calendar settings online. Buyer beware!!!

I’ve used this tool for many years. What a career booster. You’ll never remember it all, so write it down. The concept is fantastic. This will provide structure to work and personal life. You can struggle or work smarter. I’m semi retired now, the focus has change, but importance of being organized hasn’t. Using the list allows your mind to be creative and have expanded views. Thanks
