I recently moved across the country by myself. I started using the app at that time and it was very helpful to keep my day-to-day life going, my work life handled and everything I needed to get done for the move taken care of. I put together projects with my tasks for things like physical health, spiritual health, finances and household care. I added temporary projects for before the move, during the move and after the move. Everything went smoothly although moves are still exhausting! It's been nice to gradually get rid of the moving projects and whittle things down to my day-to-day life. I do use the paid version. I find it to be reasonably priced and I use the extra features.

This app is just about the right balance of simplicity and functionality. I’d like to see the option to put durations on tasks without actually scheduling it. This would allow me to drag and drop to my calendar and fill in my time much more easily.

I follow the instructions to cancel some plan on Todoist but there’s no way to cancel. In the meantime, Todoist charged me for the annual plan.

This tool keeps me so organized and helps me tackle my frequent procrastination tendencies! I don’t know what I would do without it!

This app helped me both organize my personal tasks and collaborate with my wife on all kinds of projects and lists. I especially like being able to nest projects under each other in order to create categories for different aspects of life.

It's been 14 years since I started using Todoist back in 2011. I have tried other apps too but nothing comes close to the simplicity of this app. In 2011, I used to track my undergrad study activities and personal tasks, and now I use it for taking my professional life tasks, personal tasks, and career growth tasks. I'd say Todoist has been a great companion through all these years and it keeps my life sorted!! 🫰🏼❤️🚀

I think the app is very good but I wish there would be an intermediate subscription plan that suited me better. I don’t need 300 projects but could certainly use more than just five, say, 20 or 25. Thank you.

I have unsubscribed several times from emails about this app and it works for a while but then after a couple of months I start receiving them again.

I love this app so much that I hope I can keep this forever if not I am going to scream. This has helped me not forget anything because it notifies me every time that I have a task to do and I love that so never ever take this off of the App Store
