I started using the digital edition several years ago… I was unsure of letting go of the paper copy but now wouldn’t do it any other way! The price is right and I can access it at anytime. I don’t have to recycle the paper. It was a great change for me. Thank you

I preferred the former ‘print’ app but it was retired. While this app works well, if I stay signed in it is frequently asking me to sign in to get to print version when I’m already signed in and can see other subscriber only features.

Transitions from page to page and article to article are much improved.

I have had to have my credit card number changed 3 times in the past year due to fraud. I love that my credit union is excellent in helping me when this happens. Unfortunately the only problem I continually have is after multiple phone calls, chats, emails, to the DM Register who just can’t figure out how to change my credit card information, even after MULTIPLE times I have given my NEW credit card information. I don’t have this problem with any other business. DO BETTER.

My only problem with the app is the fact that stories seem to reappear over and over again as I page through. Also every so often the app refreshes itself and I lose my place. I otherwise love reading the Register. The E-Print edition OK but harder to see on the phone screen.

The old app I was superior and easy to navigate. The new app is confusing and hard to locate sections I want to read. New is not necessarily better.

Unable to make the articles large enough to read on my phone. It jumps around and resets on its own. Very very frustrating!!

The print Edition app was pretty good and actually worked. This one won’t even load on my iPad. I’m going to have to cancel my subscription.

I can no longer read comics or get copy of latest crossword puzzle. Two very valuable items for my interest.

The app won’t allow me to renew my subscription.
