HOW BURNER WORKS Sign up for Burner and select an area code to create your private number Enjoy sending and receiving unlimited SMS messages and calls (all you need is a Wi-Fi connection or mobile data) Burn your number whenever you want and get a new anonymous line UNLIMITED CALLING & TEXTING Get started instantly (like, literally, right now…) with a second phone line for calling and texting. Send unlimited SMS and make as many calls as you need with no restrictions. KEEP YOUR NUMBER SAFE Create multiple phone numbers to share with different people or situations—we don’t care what you use the numbers for, we just care that your personal number stays private. Burn or swap numbers whenever you want to cut off unwanted contact or safeguard your identity. ORGANIZE YOUR SOCIAL CIRCLES Use separate numbers for dating, family, or hobbies—no more mixing messages. Customize each number with unique labels or settings to keep everything organized. Stay on top of conversations with a simple, clutter-free interface. Ahhhhhh, bliss. PROTECT YOUR ANONYMITY Communicate without exposing your personal phone number in online marketplaces, ads, or social media. That’s sooooo early 2000s. Disguise your identity effortlessly with disposable numbers for one-time use cases (or longer-term situations!). SPAM BLOCKING & MUTING Block unwanted callers and stop spam texts in their tracks with robust filtering options. Mute notifications from specific numbers or contacts when you need peace and quiet. SET BOUNDARIES WITH DO NOT DISTURB Schedule quiet hours with customizable do-not-disturb settings tailored to your routine. A paid personal assistant could never. Why do they all love us so much? Download the app to see for yourself, but we’ve been recognized for excellence and innovation (and the fact that we offer real numbers, not those fake ones). When I spoke to their customer support they said it’s sms. So I tried the free trial and it wasn’t so I canceled. 2 weeks later they took $60 out of my account so I contacted them and they said I must refund it on my end and they will not stop the transaction. I tried it on my end and they said I can’t refund because they must do it. 4 conversions with both sides and they are giving me the run around. That was the final nail in the coffin I’m going back to android, I never had any issues like this before.

Took my money and didn’t provide a trial. They don’t have anyone to talk to to help with the app.

You can no longer test or use this app without signing up for a subscription. It’s sad that these companies build a following and then fleece pockets.

I can’t find my old messages when I scroll to read. Does it automatically disappear?
