Ticketmaster has very much improved in ease of use, especially if you have the app (& I’m not an app person! lol), I like the service fees included too!…. Hope this helps someone, God bless y’all.

This app and website is absolutely useless. I’ve spent approximately four hours combined trying to simply transfer tickets to a Ticketmaster user. The company takes something like 40% of what you resell the tickets for if you choose to go that option, when you can literally buy tickets from others on facebook marketplace for less than what you try to resell them for. Never use Ticketmaster, trust me.

Easy to use app

I purchased two tickets through Ticketmaster, and nowhere on the seating chart or during checkout was there any indication that the seats had an obstructed view. When we arrived at the venue, we were shocked to find that our view was quite literally split in half, one half behind a thick glass barrier, and the other partially blocked above and by the edge of that same barrier. Watching a live game like that was frustrating, disorienting, and frankly infuriating. It completely ruined the experience. I followed up with Ticketmaster multiple times, expecting some accountability. Instead, they just deflected all responsibility to the event organizer, as if I had bought the tickets from anyone else. As a customer, I only interacted with Ticketmaster, and they’re the ones charging a ridiculous service fee on top of already expensive tickets. Even after providing clear reasoning, that obstructed-view seats normally come with a warning and if no such warning is given, Ticketmaster is responsible, they refused to refund or assist in any meaningful way. It’s clear they want the money but not the accountability. Bottom line: Do not trust the seat previews or listings on Ticketmaster. They do not disclose critical information, and if something goes wrong, they’ll leave you hanging. With the outrageous fees they charge, the least they could do is stand by their product. Never again.

Horrible customer service. I tied having my ticket transferred to ADA seating. I had to curse out employee. Who was refusing to do there job. Refused to transfer me to supervisor. They Refused repeated. Ticketmaster openly breaking the law behaving like a criminal organization. I hope federal prosecuted shut down Ticketmaster and throw CEO in prison.

Almost every time I open the app it forces me to do a password reset. It’s getting tiring. No other website or ticket seller forces this many password resets. Fix your security or your app whichever is the problem. I actively dread having to open the app to get to my tickets for events.

Always secure, user friendly and solid.

The app does not seem to give the option to NOT share my location, and when I click “continue”, the app freezes. This was a problem at least three months ago, last time I went to buy tix, and it’s still a problem.

Ticketmaster has always made ever so easy! I have never had a problem with any purchase I have made. Thank you Ticketmaster!
