Hey Taco Bell, I love the food and the app is ok, my ONLY complaint is that the rewards expire. McDonald’s app keeps the points and it’s cumulative. I get you guys want to keep people going back and we will, but work with us and keep the rewards. Come on dudes. Anyways love ya.

The app freezes up constantly. If you try to login and get a verification code it won’t send. When logging in with Apple ID it won’t use your name on the order it shows Apple so the workers are very confused. Makes the experience far more stressful than it needs to be.

I ordered delivery through the Taco Bell app. The delivery driver did not deliver the food and instead stole it. Contacted Taco Bell for a refund through the app but they refused and only gave me $10off my next order I have tried multiple times to get a refund for a product i did not even receive and they have now ignored me after several attempts at resolution.

there should be a way to cancel am order when a mistake is made out at least refund orders that are not picked up

Wife and I went to Taco Bell at 8:41 PM and noticed all but the inside lights on, but the doors were locked. One man drove off as a result. We drove around to the drive through and it was dark with no building lights on, only the menu was lit. We ordered and pulled to the pick up, where about 4 kids were standing around. I asked why the doors were locked and received no answer. I asked why all the building lights were off and the largest guy with arm tattoos said he had no control of them as the manager had control over them. I told him that made no sense as it was only around 8:45 now! All of the sudden, all the lights came on as they should have been all along. When home we checked the ticket which strangely showed the transaction time as 9:38. This order was 4b1284 Cashier name was Jacob C. Perhaps these employees wanted folks to believe they were already closed.

They’ve gotten way better about fixing their bugs. I do wish they would add in QR code 2fa instead of spamming my email with codes. Also, even though my phone is on silent, that bell kicks off every time and terrifies me. 😹 It perfectly encapsulates the brand so I wouldn’t want it gone, but I do wish the app respected silent mode.

Good food but their Tuesday deals are a scam that are so time and quantity limited that you never get them. Their app also mutes my music because they think their Taco Bell ding is more important.
