Numerous people complaining online that we can’t pay using Apple Pay or debit. Please fix

Their “password free” approach is the STUPIDEST thing ever. Takes 10x longer to log in and it’s honestly enough for me to never want to eat there ever again. That and all my rewards are gone. Thanks Taco Bell… see u never!

I don’t understand why I can’t just log in to this app with a simple username and password. Instead I’m having to go and log in to my email just to click on some link they send to be able use the app and earn rewards. EDIT: Developer responds with a generic answer they give for login issues, doesn’t seem to understand the actual problem. I’ll probably uninstall app since it’s not worth the hassle.

Before this app existed, they always got my order wrong; now it’s on the receipt so the employees have instructions.

This thing breaks all the time. Currently been unusable for several weeks.

I never received my order, I payed for it through mobile and when I got there the workers told me they never received the order? I contacted customer support and never got a response. Terrible customer service.

If you do pick up it’s fine, but if you want delivery prepared to be ROBBED, my total was $29.53, then went up to $44.42 for delivery!? $15 for delivery when the store is around the corner is INSANE, especially when only $4 was to the delivery driver. I normally order directly from the app because it’s cheaper but this time it definitely is not. I’ll stick to ordering TB from DoorDash I guess.

I just need to order tacos and see the menu- stop acting like i need an update for that. We know the real reason you want that update is to steal from customers.

The app overall works well. However, the rewards process is less than ideal. You have to get a code on your phone and give it at the drive through before you even order. Many Taco Bell employees are less than willing to enter this and typically enter the order before you give them the code, causing them to have to go back and redo the order. Seems like you can only, normally (most restaurant rewards programs are this difficult or unusual), get rewards when you order ahead with the app. It’s a shame. I love Taco Bell but utilizing rewards in the drive through is basically not worth it. EDIT: Developer responded saying exactly what I said. You can get rewards through check-in at the restaurant or by ordering through the app. Missed the point. I’m reporting an issue. I will update my review if it’s ever fixed.
