I don’t have an issue with the content, and it hasn’t crashed on me, but it’s odd that the subtitles turn back on every time you watch something new. It also is almost impossible to use any of the rewind or forward functionality.

I have a few other apps that play just fine, this one only buffers? I know my wife is strong so not sure. Not going to buy this yet

The app itself is good, I enjoy the exclusive content and a movie library I can watch commercial free. However, don’t plan on getting the promised bonuses. I didn’t get anything for my birthday, no credit for watching the Groomsmen trilogy and I don’t see anything yet for an exclusive ornament. Total bust. Enjoy the app but expect anything else

I purchased an annual Hallmark + subscription in February 2024. I’ve seen most of the movies provided. The ones I’m interested in. I was under the impression that the Hallmark channels would be included with the subscription and was very disappointed. Bring the channels back and get rid of the reality series.

This app desparately needs picture-in-picture capability. In 2024, the best streaming apps are those that offer picture-in-picture capability. Many users are looking for the ability to continue to stream content while they multi-task and do things like check email or work in other apps. It’s unacceptable that this streaming app, while having great content, doesn’t offer the ability for picture-in-picture. Please update the app as expeditiously as possible to provide picture-in-picture capability.

I tried but every time I open the app it won’t load the pictures of the movie. It’s would get annoying because I didn’t know what I was clicking. I cancel my subscription. I love hallmark but hope they fix that issue.

Terrible app. The movies are not listed in chron. order, so in a series, ex.Good Witch you have to go online to figure that out. Um but Netflix has them all listed correctly, go figure. What else is missing? So many movies are not on here or just really hard to find. Series TV shows and movies should be grouped together. It shouldn’t be a struggle to look for each one.. many of the series movies, the most recent ones are missing because they are on other apps or can’t find them. The app is very slow to respond on tv and several times a day it freezes or loses ability to pause, rewind, etc and we have to relaunch app to work and you’re lucky if it saves where you left off. This happens, especially when you pause or try to rewind . The subtitles range from either tiny itsy-bitsy that you can’t read or large. It now has a continue watching section, but it only shows a few movies. Even searching for movies is slow. How do we see all the movies available….who knows?! Some of categories are way off base. Love many of the Hallmark movies, but this app needs to be completely redesigned please. It also signs you out, so you have to sign back in with your mobile device. oh, and it has taken many of the movies away, so you upgrade to the plus. Look for the movies on the other apps before you upgrade. Why would anyone upgrade when you can’t even get the basic one working

The content is great, HOWEVER, The amount of buffering and lag just to get things to load is almost enough to make you want to cancel. It’s the worst out of any streaming app so far.

I’m pretty disappointed in this app. They tout putting new releases on here, which is why I got it. However, they are only putting a very select few new Christmas movies out. I would have liked to see the new movies added after a week or two of them being released on their network. Needless to say, I probably won’t be renewing my subscription.

I got this app on my LG smart tv and the app on my phone. I experienced nothing but issues with both. It kept freezing up and the shows were choppy to watch. I cancelled my free trial but it was a huge disappointment.
