  • App seems to work well

    The app has worked well for me so far. No issues. And they’ve just made the app even better in recent months with so many new things added. But one thing I’d love to see that it doesn’t have is individual profiles like the other streaming services have. There’s more than just me in my home that uses the app on our tv. It’d make things easier for everyone to have their own profile. I’m hoping there’s plans to add that feature.

    This is the worst app for streaming I’ve ever used. Get it together hallmark. I can’t even fast forward or rewind. Interface is BEYOND slow. Streaming isn’t new hire yourself people who actually know how to code! And don’t release an app that barely functions!

    I enjoy the app but it can be slow when searching. I miss the a-z option and I wish you could remove things from your continue watching. Overall this is an amazing app.

    I am SO SICK of not being able to watch the shows that I’m paying for each month because the app doesn’t recognize me as already having a subscription!!! This happens to me all the time! I’ve tried to be patient, but I ultimately cancelled last time due to this. I was hoping that they wouldn’t come. 🙄 My usual way to FINALLY get it to recognize me is logging out then back in several times. Nothing is working this time.

    I enjoy the movies but the website has continual issues…it will log me out, then get stuck and isn’t always reliable. Not a great experience but I like the movies.

    As soon as I can manage to finish a series not available on hallmark channel I am canceling this service. I have deleted it and reinstalled and everything I can think of. It is so annoying to try and watch shows on a very unreliable app.

    We need the ability to do picture in picture and also do audio only so I can go to sleep watching a wonderful Hallmark movie. Thanks!

    Not sure if it’s just me but if I start a video on my phone, I have to close the whole app if I wanna go back to the menu, there’s no back button to speak up while video is playing. On top of that you can fast forward or grab the dot and move where you are in the video so if it restarts through a glitch, you have to keep hitting the little fast-forward button and skip it however, many seconds it’s going instead of being able to drag it till the time you want. Also, it is not compatible with picture in picture.

    Love Hallmark plus But for some reason it works great on my phone but on my tv it closes itself out , when in the middle of the movie
