I only decided to try this because it said ad free now. I’m glad it’s just a free trial. I will not pay for something that some of your movies have ads or commercials whatever you wanna call them. False advertising.

I literally just subscribed and downloaded the app and while watching a movie, the app kept giving me soo many error messages throughout the movie. How can this even happen? So many different error messages. Even after fixing the issue on the errors, I still continued to get errors and interactions during the movie! I do not recommend!

It sometimes doesn’t load. I have to delete app and reinstall to get it to work which is a pain. Must be a way to improve. Otherwise, I am enjoying app and content.

I am a diehard Hallmark fan, and I’m loving the content on Hallmark +, however, it takes a looonnnggg time for the app to open. It’s like ridiculously long. I have now been waiting for 7…yes, 7 minutes, and it’s still not working. This is how it is almost every time. It’s never been an instant thing. Hallmark, if you’re going to push the app so hard, you really should invest in the technology to make it work properly.

I really like the selections but not very compatible with Apple TV. Trying to rewind 10 seconds takes you back about 10 minutes or to the beginning. Can only fast forward 10 seconds at a time and keeps freezing. Also spends a lot of time buffering. No issues with any other streaming services. Too frustrating to continue with this app.

Why is there no functional rewind feature or restart movie feature!!!! This app stinks!! And where are all of the old movies?! Nothing past 2019 is worth watching!!!!!

I’m very disappointed I love Hallmark, however, when I want to use it, I try and load a movie it doesn’t load. I have other apps on my TV that work immediately every single time but not Hallmark and sometimes Hallmark says it’s not available. I paid good money for the service and it’s very disappointing, but I can’t watch it when I want to.

I purchased my yearly subscription and within the first month I was unable to watch a movie. I could see the Home Screen, scroll to a movie or show, but when I wanted to watch, it would spin. The customer service person stated I needed to unplug the Apple TV & start again. I did but didn’t agree with this since my other apps work just fine. Within 3 weeks I have the same spinning issue. I contact support chat and they say no known issues and to restart the app. I asked them to file a ticket as I want this tracked. If they are just giving “fixes” they aren’t tracking the issues. I gave them all my info. I deleted the app & uploaded it again. In reading the reviews I don’t think I’m alone. I urge you to file a ticket with Hallmark so perhaps they can update the app. I use Peacock, Max, BODi, and Disney on my Apple TV and I’ve never had issues like this. Please do better Hallmark!
Incomplete seasons

I have tried to resolve the issues I was having for “When Calls The Heart.” The seasons are incomplete and you miss huge chunks of what is happening. Like Elizabeth’s sister running away, and they never say what happens. Episode 1 seasons 4 opening shows things never seen in last episode “9” of season three. It’s like trying to read your new favorite book after someone tears out chapters. The support I received said there are TV movies that happened with some of the missing stuff in those. I was not given a list, totaled, how many movies a season I should search for. Was told Google might could help. After having to google, Reddit, search, call and email….kinda giving up on ever knowing what happens. Also, doubtful I want to continue paying for “part” of series, with no direction on any “supporting tv movies” listed anywhere. Surely I am no alone?!
