  • Fun game but iOS problems with prizes

    It’s a fun game. Easy to learn gameplay, a largely supportive community. For those who like the Celtic mythos they bring in a lot of names but (unfortunately) don’t do much with them. There are daily quests and lots of ways to keep busy if you don’t want to simply grind. My one big gripe is that they advertise the “shop” to buy extras. The extras aren’t necessary, but lots of them are quite nice. You buy them with one of the two forms of in game currency (“platinum”, vs “gold” which is used to buy more mundane in game items). They advertise that you can do surveys and stuff to earn “platinum”, but you spend the time doing the surveys and the platinum never finds its way to your account. The only other way is to spend real $$, which I’m just not able to do right now. Dissapointing, but not so much to keep me from playing the game.

    Do not recommend, do not waste your time or money. Deca has not updated their TOS to reflect their new sudden policy that dominant clans can now be banned for engaging in normal game mechanics to lock a raid. Griefing now includes "interfering in another clans battle with a mob/boss" including engaging in a competitive lock battle if the opposing clan is considered smaller. Their TOS does not reflect that comp is not allowed for SOME. (Oh look, an auto response:) "Hello Hero! Could you please contact our support team...we will figure out the issue" Update: Really... why don't you update TOS to reflect new unfair game practices as stated by support via email that ffa comp can get you temp banned without warning if you belong to the wrong clan. Selective enforcement on non existent TOS is bad business and Apple should take note that a competitive game is now penalizing players for winning competition.

    Don't waste your money, new policies made up randomly by deca can get you penalized for playing inside the game mechanics of ffa lock if they don't like you. You can obey TOS and still get penalized, it's Opposite Day! So what if there's never any real updates to the game, just reloaded chests and increase boss spawns, go out there and play anyway and deca will find a reason to penalize you if you are successful and not the favorite it's the new DEI Deca, equity rules, equality of outcomes, comp is dead

    I really do hope that they’re working on more content. This game is actually a good game. Some new fresh skills, weps and maybe a boss would be phenomenal!

  • Accounts lost after game merged Android with ios

    I originally started playing early 2012, when I made my ios accounts I never linked them to an email. When they released the game on android I made accounts with the same login usernames that I used for the ios version, I linked the android accounts to an email since if I remember correctly that was a requirement. When they made the game cross compatible I lost access to all my ios accounts and it logs me into my android accounts instead. I had everything, hundreds if hours of progress as well as hundreds of dollars of investment in the game on my ios accounts. I have nothing of any value on my android accounts. I have contacted support about this issue since my accounts are still shown in the mailbox system and they didn’t help me at all.

    I’ve been playing mmorpgs for years. I have to,say this is the most frustrating one I’ve ever encountered. I don’t mind grinding but this is ridiculous. You never get anywhere. There are no equipment or armor drops unless you are in a group and kill a boss and there’s no guarantee you will get anything. Everything costs real or in game money. Decent equipment will cost thousands of in game gold which you won’t have because nothing good drops for you to sell. Items on the auction house costs millions! I’m glad I’ve only spent $25 in real money on this game. The only fun part is fishing and cooking.

    I spent literally years playing the game, had 3 end game accounts just for them to get banned over duped items. The thing is they rather ban you than get rid of the duped items but of course like the rest of their games they are lazy and don’t take them out and rather than just take them out they will out right ban you for having them and the thing is you can’t distinguish duped items and they won’t even give you a warning for them they will just ban you without a second thought and move on and when you message support if you say “duped items” in your response they will not respond to you at all don’t waste your time with this useless game

    Hi is there a way of switching worlds without losing my progress because when I just started playing and joined Morrigan and there was no one there so I just want to know if I can switch to epona and save my character you guy are a great team and I love your game
