Why do I have to keep putting my password in to read a story?

Article not loading comes up again and again, mostly on Datebook articles such as The Four Seasons review and today’s Ask Mick LaSalle

The app would greatly benefit from additional display settings. It’s quite uncomfortable to read at night with so much white space. Control over font size would be great.

The Chronicle is a great newspaper. I’ve been a subscriber for over 40 years. The coverage of local, state and national news is excellent. Great sports section too!

For the past few weeks, there were many articles especially in the Datebook section failed to load. There is no explanation whatsoever. This is extremely frustrating! I have sent a email via the apps. No reply. Please fix this. We paid for the subscription and we should be able to read articles. I am a loyal sf chronicle reader so please I am very disappointed with this. Please fix it.
