App downloads fine, but never successfully connects to the server. Fix it or pull the app…..

Was looking forward to using the app but it will not load. Please fix!

This app used to be great. Something must be different in the authentication or a version update as it never wants to authenticate to the web site anymore. Please fix or update.

I have had this app for years and love the information and camaraderie between sailors. Great app and threads.

I read my feed religiously and think extremely highly of the forum in general. I have it on my laptop, iPhone & ipad. The app is pretty poor in my opinion, buggy at times & poor search quality; I much prefer the website fo any real investigation. (I’m a paid member) LouK

So, I have been using this app for years, but of late, I am having intermittent issues with connecting via both the iPad and the iPhone. One day success, the next day not. Today the IPhone connects but not the iPad. I’ve tried restarting, connecting via cellular vs wifi, re-booting, etc.. I think there’s an issue with authentication. Maybe during this Covid19 crisis there’s to many connections for the server to handle. BTW, selecting app support from the App Store just brings you to the web browser with no specific link to ask for support. Oh, and yes, I have no problems with a web browser logging in so that may mean it’s not an overload. Lastly, I love Cruisers’ Forum, it’s just the app that needs help!

Great way to participate with the cruisers forum.

When I try to open a forum it crashes. I’ve rebooted no change.

I wrote a review already. Stop asking. Adequate app.

This is as good a forum app as any I have found.
