App claimed “free setup”, but I was instantly charged $18 (free setup sounds made up if I’m immediately charged anyways). I’ve also tried sending two faxes, waited 10 minutes, nothing, even in the “Sent” area

Got stuck in a loop of trying to set up a password and the app would not load nor accept any password, just a loading screen. Both on my iPhone and laptop. Tried 5 times with no luck.

They promised a free trial but tried to charge me full price and I didn’t even use the app

the account set up and registration process completely failed and the use of complex passwords is not allowed so that makes me question theentire system Bailed when trying to register so the rest of the system could not be tried.

I’ve been using this app for about 6 years. The latest update has been frustrating and customer service has sucked. I am no longer able to print from the app. The menu on the fax doesn’t show completely. When I contacted customer services they told me to go to their webpage and print from there. That’s not the reason i got the app, to go to the website using my browser. The other issue is that when i want to see older faxes, the app has to refresh each time i get to the bottom of the page as i scroll down and I’m back at the top of the page (the first/latest fax) and i have to start scrolling down again until it refreshes again and i start all over again and so on until i get to the fax i am looking for.

Excellent app, I would be happy to pay three dollars a month or maybe a little cheaper if I signed up for a whole year. 16.99 a month?

App worked fine for 1-page fax both limited to max of 4 pages for a different fax which was 8-pages. Works but not as efficient as I had expected.

I have the newest iPhone 16 Pro S and it still can’t run this app. I try to attach documents and nothing attaches and just a cover sheet gets sent. I had to use the online portal to send a fax and even that isn’t optimized correctly for mobile use so it was severely buggy and dysfunctional. Why is this $16 when this doesn’t even work….

I assigned a password and for some reason the app was not recognizing it. When I tried to assign a new one, the app froze. I tried it three times.. forget it!
