    I will get my message 2 days after receiving a message it’s real annoying because I will get the message on the 16th I won’t be able to see it until the 19th

    If I got help from support I would give a 5 star review. Great app. I have used the same number for years. Suddenly, it stopped working. I deleted and reinstalled the app. I am unable to log in and got a message saying: “Account Access Issue. We noticed unusual activity with your account, and your login attempt couldn't be completed. Tap 'Learn More' for additional details and next steps to resolve.” I have reached out to support multiple times and only receive automated emails saying I will be contacted. It has been more than 3 weeks. This is causing major complications for me as I live abroad and use this as my main US number.

    I’ve been using TextFree for about a year now with paid subscription. I used it to text a friend a few weeks ago to have a playdate with our kids. I was supposed to meet her at a mall and I drove pretty far. When I got there my texts were not going through at all and I couldn’t find her. Then out of no where TextFree logs me off and says my account is locked due to suspicious activity. Like I said, I’ve used it for a year now. I don’t do any suspicious activity. I am disappointed because I was never able to meet up with my friend and I’m pretty sure she thought I stood her up since I couldn’t contact her. I submitted a ticket to TextFree with no response in weeks. I am also out of a job and I’ve been using my TextFree number on my job applications too. I’ll have no idea if any of them have called me because my account is still locked. Won’t be using this app anymore.

    The phone number I paid for was reassigned while I still had time left on my subscription. Paying for it gets you no greater assurance of reliability. Terrible app. The New York Times should demand they remove the Times logo from the advertising. Misleading.

    I would not trust this app. I had a phone number from them that I listed on Google for three locations. They kept disabling it for no reason. I had it for two years and then they started giving me trouble after all my customers got my number. Lost business because of them. Try a more reliable app. I think Go Daddy is better, a little bit more money but more secure.
