The ability to have clear calls and texts messages don’t go through a considerably amount. I used this for work and it wasn’t reliable. People were not receiving communication via text. At times, calls wouldn’t come through and when I answer calls a lot of disruption which required me to hang up. It’s too much disruption.

I’ve had this app for a while, but only used it three or four times and now that I’m trying to use it it don’t do nothing but ring a couple times and then automatically says drop call. I have perfect Wi-Fi signal but the past five or six times I’ve tried to use it drop call every time so I deleted it no point in having it if it’s not going to work.

This is a great company to have service with. Sometimes the system acts up on days I have calls from doctors or other in the medical field and the phone will either shut off or just not work for a while. Those are critical times for me especially when I have surgery date, appointments and etc. Even when I’m calling for emergency services. I’ve been with this company for so many years and would like to stay with this company if they would have me to. Please just fix the shut off or shut down moments so I can stay alive for my family. Can’t send text message even after suscription to their Talkatone PLUS,and the way they offer for customer support is to send email,nobody never responds…waste of money…trash app

I’ve tried with this app throughout the years. Since the first days of using this app, there has been technical difficulties. I think now is the time I stop using it. This app has been very convenient so I won’t be to discomforting with my rating. However it needs a major fix. I had an active subscription for almost a year or two now and every couple months there is an issue with me sending messages or making phone calls. Having a subscription is kind of upsetting when this happens.

Nice app it is convenient

You pay money for trash connection and half the time before a call or text it takes long to connect. Support never reached back out. Not to mention it’s an email that you have to write to for support.

It will just stop working even if you pay for a subscription.
