Why cant my chart get organized and every provider show arrival time and test/procedure time! Some providers expect patients to use unreliable emails or unanswered phone calls to notify arrival time! The colonoscopy my chart screams test time but they you to find the hidden arrival time!!! And come 1 hour early!

I used Dr Jenna Kemp for around 25 years. She listens well and cares. She is also very attentive to the tests that will be coming due I Arizona now, I’m not finding that experience.

The most useless app My blood test results never got registered on the app numerous calls to customer service didn’t help Neither doctor’s office personnel nor my chart handlers know how to get results posted on the app That wasn’t always the case, because I can see my test result from three years ago So apparently this is not one of those things that gets better with time

My chart is terrific. Test results in hours instead of days or even weeks. Questions answered in hours instead of days. Advice in hours. Appointments arranged on the spot.

I love MyChart, I can refill my prescription, schedule appointments, message my doctors or cancel an appointment. It’s everything I need in one place. Also, I have my medical records with me at all times for reference when I need them.

I came in for my first visit today I was a walk in and from the front staff to the Ma to the NP everyone was so nice and welcoming. They made me feel comfortable and overall the ambiance was relaxed and professional.

I like this because I have a lot of medical stuff to maintain.. This simplifies a lot of things. In this day and age we need to keep the communication factor going and this helps me communicate with all of my people on my medical teams!!!

I can view appointments, see test results, read messages quickly, and keep the details organized. I love that I can pay medical bills with one click and even update a payment plan. MyChart makes life easier!
