What’s the point of the app if I’m not notified of deliveries? It worked before the update!
  • Far worse than the web site in a browser

Freezes on boot then requires re-entering login and password. Each time. Basically useless. The web site is vintage 1990s UI but at least it more or less works.

I never held this app in high esteem but after this latests update it has moved to the echelon of straight trash, only with a bubblier interface. It’s buggy, market place count only grows, never letting you identify read vs unread, half the posts don’t load these days making you feel like that think you were certain existed is just your imagination, only for it to sometimes show back up again after force close and restar. Takes ages to load and refresh, crashes or freezes regularly…. And so on…..but hey, there is no other option bc this is what we use for my building. Ugh.

Come on! How hard it is to develop well an app that makes / cancels reservations and displays text correctly? I am sick of seeing

A great app with an “progressive” update agenda went south. The layout worked better before with the most used Valet order. Now there are additional steps involved to get to it. Coders, stop messing with a good up if you have no idea what works. Go and reverse the junk you’re creating.

BuildingLink for Extell is very well organized and super easy to use. As a resident at One Manhattan Square, I’m always able to track my deliveries and front desk instructions efficiently without an issue on this app. Very useful. Highly recommend this app for residents who live here! Thank you.
  • Too buggy to use

My condo assn has used this app since I moved in 15 years ago. Almost every time I’ve tried to use it to schedule a visitor or contractor some bug has come up. Right now it will accept some calendar instructions but not others. No rhyme or reason. I’m attending the next condo board mtg—my first—just to demand that we get a better app.

The ui is an awful soup from 2003, the notifications do not work, it’s slow, no api available.
