Customer service appears to be nonexistent and when there’s confusion on how to add a card, the app only says oops something went wrong on our end, which doesn’t help me to resolve the problem. I received the debit card, but the system is telling me either the expiration date or the CVV code is incorrect. But I’m entering and I even scanned the but it gives me the same error message so I’m not sure that I can use this card or add to my wallet.

I’ve been hacked more than once. Today someone too two separate $50 amounts out of my account from NY Target. This is not secure. This also happened two years ago. I have hundreds of dollars coming and going every month for my personal use. It is convientient but I do not recommend using Venmo. I do not recommend l king any of your personal account information.

Venmo do not offer 24hr security monitoring on your account because if it did how would they allow my account to be scammed 5 times in a row for the same amount and then refuse to refund my money. All this took place in Africa and I’m in Georgia . I’m going to take it his further. I work to hard to allow this to go undone. I will never use Venmo and I’m calling the news station and an attorney about this situation.

Venmo needs to change their software so the sender of monies’ back account is automatically debited without having to wait for the receivers of said monies to acknowledge the payment. IMHO

They suspend my account through no fault of mine. Then wont reopen it unless i send picture ID. Nothing was missing from my account.

New user trying to link bank. Bank has been verified but NO ADD MONEY exist. No person to help. Only continuous loop of instruction s which did not resolve problem. One article on google said I am required to use a Venmo debit card. WHY???
