I was having problems accessing My Lessons on my IPad. Contacted Customer Service and heard back from Lynn within minutes. The problem was not susceptible to a quick solution, but Lynn stuck with me through several back and forth emails (all responses very prompt) and finally found the fix. Very impressive. These folks are a model for what good customer service should look like.

I was able to download and view my first lesson on
v1 Golf, but not my second. My instructor did all the right things, repeated, but the same results.
I contacted v1 Golf via email, JT responded very promptly.
He and Don were able to correct the problem, a few hours later I was able to view all lessons.

This app is horrible and I would never recommend using this is you are a coach, can never log in to it even after day of using it is signing me out, when I send an email to reset my password I use a strong password and it’s still not signing me in, not sure what the issue is but you need to do better. Fix this.
