I am unable to figure out how to get around in Ancestry DNA and use it even marginally effectively. I’ve been struggling with it for years hoping Ancestry would make the navigation buttons and tools more “user friendly”. Unfortunately, the navigation has only got to n worse.

Ancestry used to have more open portals and viewable info. And sales, actually. Now that they have our DNA, without paying, you can no longer see what DNA you can get from which relative. You cannot add leaves to your tree. Charging access for records? Fine. Charging $25 a month for info WE gave you? That used to be free? AND you have our DNA? Scam.

i've updated reinstalled many times. glitches. can't view hints on other family trees. very bad

Too many changes to site. Hard to use

I order a DNA + Traits kit about 2 months ago. I got my results back in about 4 weeks. However, there are two different DNA icons that are exactly alike. But both are result in different results. One takes me to ordering a DNA kit and tracking. The other takes me to my results; where even further issues lies. When I push the “View All Traits” button, nothing happens. When I click a specific trait to examine it deeper, it disappears and the next one in the list pops up, and so on and so on. It’s frustrating… Outside of that though it’s a decent app for its purpose.
