Worthless app, it’s like they created it to frustrate everyone. They show you a picture in search but all you can do is message them - you can’t view their profile to see if you have anything in common. Or you go to your daily matches and you can view their profile to see what you have in common. But them you can’t message them. And you can’t search for someone you might like by name and their search feature never brings up those matches you just viewed. Just a waste of time and money.

“Sorry error occurred” when trying to write to a match!!! Awful app!!! No response from support!!!

I tried setting up a profile. When it came to entering a location, it wouldn’t even let me. It says it is used in several different countries and in several different languages. Anytime I tried putting in my location it only allowed city and places in the US.

The old format was much more intuitive and user friendly. I can access my account on line, but when I go into the app, it presents like I am a new member and asks for the info to get started… no place on app to sign in! To me, “chats” are different than messages, but the new format has new messages received under “chats”…. Also, I cannot view messages on my iPad, the side bar does not retract enough to see the origin of the message, I can’t see who sent what, I have to click on the end of a sentence in a message to view it!!! Definitely not renewing

Hey fellas if you’re really feeling alone don’t trust this garbage! You’d have better luck goin to bar! This is kind of just a scam! Good luck my boys Update I have tried multiple times though tech support the app and online, you can’t cancel through the app, the website will not let me sign in, no matter how many times I try updating any info, and I just tried through the tech support screen through the app, and I’m only getting an “oops, try again” prompt, seriously, do not trust Zoosk!

No you cannot.

You cannot speak or do anything without paying for service. And you cannot delete the app unless you login on a computer. Waste of time. Just because you make it complicated to delete accounts doesn’t mean the number of users you have is valid.

But the members? Not so much. l've chatted with a few people both men and women because I wanted to make new friends and hopefully meet the love of my life.
