    I’ve downloaded the app as instructed but it doesn’t even show up as a visible app. I have to search for it every time. Come on Epic

    I don’t need to enable my microphone. Not necessary for my job. And I certainly don’t need to be reminded every d%* time I log in!!!

    I cannot stay logged in for more than a few hours on the latest version. I have FaceID enabled and it works for a few hours, then requires me to enter my password manually. Very frustrating to have to repeatedly enter my long password just to be able to view Epic secure chats.

  • Terrible update

    The update that was done last week is terrible. I work with multiple doctors so I used to be able to look at any day with any provider, but now if you switch providers it automatically defaults to todays date. And it seems to be taking a lot longer to load the schedule. So with the added time and continuously having to switch back to the correct day I want to look at, it is no longer convenient or efficient!!!

    I can view tomorrow’s schedule, next weeks schedule, but once the clock strikes 12 am… poof! I can’t ever view todays schedule

    even something as simple as the ability to turn off notifications for one hour or rest of day. the only ability i have from notification center is to turn on or off time sensitive notifications. i don't want to have to disable notifications completely on my day off just to have to remember to turn them back on the next day, posing a care quality risk

    I updated to iOS 18, and I no longer receive audible notifications of secure chat messages. I have checked all my settings on the iPhone and app, and they are set properly. I have had no problems for years. Please help, I’m dependent on these notifications for my job.

    new update is a step back. previously could hover on patients and see their appointment notes all at once. can't do that in the new update - need to click on each individual patient
