  • The most useful closet app!

I have tried several closet organizing apps on both iPhone and Androids, and StyleBook is the absolute best value for price. I honestly love using StyleBook. It is very easy to import pictures of your clothes from the camera roll or a website (if you mainly online shop like me) and the edit feature makes removing the background or model a breeze! You can also customize your closet with your own categories of clothes (like “work vs casual” or “long sleeve, short sleeve, sleeveless”) and notes on each piece. You can add any size, brand, material, or season to the list on each clothing item. The only preset options are colors, but the selection is large enough that I always find a close enough swatch. The calendar feature makes it very easy to build outfits if you’re a visual person, and you can see how often you wear certain styles. In addition, the report function will give you a huge amount of data about your closet. You can see which pieces are your most worn and least worn, which have the best price-per-wear, what colors are most prevalent, what fabrics or sizes are most worn, and much more. I don’t really use the outfit suggestion tool because there are too many factors in building an outfit that the app can’t control for, for example, I wouldn’t wear a summer espadrille with a sweater and wool trousers. The only suggestion for improvement is the search function. - It is not easy to search for a specific item when building an outfit, you need to scroll through the whole category to find the image of the item you want. - You also can’t search for current brands or materials when adding new items. - It would be very helpful if you could search for a keyword like “velvet” or “gingham” when building an outfit.

It forces you to create an entire blog website to even log in so there is absolutely no way whatsoever to share your log in or closet between your devices if you don’t want an actual full on website this has got to be the worst log in stipulation I’ve ever seen for any app ever now I don’t know if I’m paying for a website or not???? HATE THIS

I love this app. I literally recommend it all the time. Whenever someone compliments my outfits, wardrobes and packing prowess, I whip out my phone and show them this app. It makes my fashion hobby easier to manage, helps identify (avoid) duplicates and helps me track what I’ve worn and how often. That $300 blazer doesn’t cost as much when you wear it 25 times a year.

I’ve been using this app for a few weeks now. It’s been my little side project to inventory and downsize my closet. It’s easily taking me weeks-months for this project and I worry that if my phone ever dies I’ll lose all of my hard work and effort. Can the developers please add a way for us to backup this information or an account we can save this too?

I thought it’d be easier to separate the background, but it’s really not. Waste of money IMO.
  • For over a decade has saved me money & time

I have been using StyleBook on an almost daily basis for over a decade and I strongly recommend it. It helped me create a more intentional and sustainable wardrobe as my style and fashion needs evolve. This has saved me lots of money over the years. I use the calendar function to prevent me from wearing the same outfit when I see the same group of people or person. This is especially helpful during a job search or when networking. I also plan my outfits in advance which saves me time in the morning. And I keep track of which items to sell or that are on consignment. By using the stats to see which items get the most wears, I have learned that accessories, shoes, and pants get the most wears so I spend more on them and less on tops. I have a pair of gold hoop earrings worn 1,500 times since I started using StyleBook.
  • Please add cloud sync so can update between devices. Need an update for the new IoS.

Please add option to merge packing lists and to move items from one packing list to another. Prior review: Can’t add items from internet. Not good. Otherwise good app.
