Absolutely horrendous software…the game is great but i could spend a month detailing improvements needed with the app

I just got the game and wanted to play online, but when I was going to create an account I kept receiving an error that the username or email was already in use. I tried multiple usernames as well as 3 different email addresses and all came up with the same error now I can’t play online which is the main reason I purchased this game

I can’t stand any game that requires me to subject my personal information in order to play.

This app online function does not work I was mislead thinking this was the full game to play on the phone with friends but that is the other app catan universe. There’s a feature to purchase the game through gold add on in that ap

Game is fun, but i cannot play the game due to it crashing every time i try and create a game. When i click the checkmark after the game settings for a custom game, the app would just exit and id return back to the home screen. Happened to me about two weeks ago and still cant play. ever since this happened, i lost the urge to play.

This game crashes so often, it super buggy and has a super slow response, the UI is annoying. Get the other version of the game the free one it’s a much better UI and has never crashed on me.

I regret buying this app. It kicks me out of the game every few minutes. Very disappointed in this app.

Can’t login, button to reset password doesn’t work. Hard to even type my email address, let alone password. Horrible interface.

Its great overall… 1. the need to login every time we open the app or start a new game is pretty annoying.. 2. Game crashes or get stuck in the middle which make all the game until then useless… 3. also the colors used for the objects (house,road, etc..) aren’t very visible as the board is already had too much details, may be toning down the board or brightening up the objects would help.

Been playing solo against computer opponents with few issues. Tried my first online game. Registered and signed in with no issues. Started a “quick game”. Two opponents joined. One opponent placed a settlement and road, I did the same, then - somehow - an opponent places a CITY on the board where no settlement had been - thus was BEFORE all settlements were established. Other opponent then placed a CITY as well! HOW did opponents place a CITY where no settlement had first been established? HOW did opponents get three minerals and two grains before play had even started? Some kind of “cheat” I’m not privy to? Something that does not follow the rules of a standard Catan game? Case submitted, we’ll see if I get a reply. Lowering my rating to one star until I get a reply - just to get developers attention. I won’t go as far as to say with any certainty that the game “cheats” - it does seem awfully “lucky” for my computer opponents to always get and play Monopoly cards against me when I have a lot of one commodity - and they seem to pick the one I have most of. That, and my opponents always seem to gang up on me, bouncing the robber between my best hexes to the exception of the others. Also, when the robber gets moved to my hex with an 8 or 6 on it - sixes and eights seem to come up a lot. Finally - seems the robber takes multiple commodities from me at one sitting - or something is sucking multiple different commodities from me at one time. Other than that the game play is good and fairly solid. The constant panning and zooming of the screen when playing on an iPhone is a bit over the top. Enough to induce nausea. Just leave it alone! I’ll move and resize it as necessary!
