New version 9.0.5 doesn’t load any golf courses, whatever you type, it just keeps saying “No Results” on the course search screen. I use the iPhone 12 mini with iOS 18.4.1.

I keep track of all my shots and distances and this new interface makes me feel like clicking all the time. Horrible compared to last update

Just updated the App on March 27th and I had a hard time getting my watch to connect to the iPhone. When it finally connected, which took literally 5 minutes, the new interface is not as good as the old one. I even went into the settings and set the watch display to be the legacy but only the new interface would be displayed. I had to use my phone for the whole round as the watch was useless. It kept crashing. 5/20/25 The new app is even worse than the one before. This new app eats your battery. With the old app I usually had about 60% battery left after the round. This new one I didn’t make it 16 holes! Also, I have to restart the watch app every time I walk off the green to enter my score. I could use the phone but I like to use my watch as it used to be more convenient. Please bring the old app back until you test the new one with real golf games so you can work out the problems.

I paid for the premium membership. Every time I play after 3 holes the app asks me to join premium membership and then locks me out of the features I already paid for. I noticed others are having the same issue in the reviews. I’ve contacted customer support twice and received a generic response with zero help or resolution. Great app if it worked. Id recommend staying away from this app until they figure this out. Im going to contact Apple in efforts to get a refund for now.

The updated scorecard doesn’t include showing you which holes you hit right or left, which holes you hand a bunker shot on, and which holes you had a chip on. Those are important items I track and review later. I asked for support on this and no one responded. I am looking at moving on to 18 birdies as a replacement for GolfLogix.

The latest version, which does have cool upgrades, is currently non-compliant for competition. Slope calculation and Putt reading are both non-compliant. There is currently no way to turn off Putt Reading as before in the previous version.

I’ve been using GolfLogix premium for over 10 years. The new update is terrible. I can only see my past rounds from the last 2 years. Yardages are harder to read. I really hope they revert back to the previous version.

I have enjoyed using the app on my Apple Watch, but lately the experience has not been good. The app won’t stay open on my watch, and when it closes, the active icon is no longer at the top of my watch to easily re-open the app. You have to hit the crown, find the app, and re-open it. The yardage updates are also much slower than previous versions. Please fix these issues, or just go back to an earlier version which worked!!!

I won’t be renewing unless major changes are made quickly. I lost all of my shot tracking data. Loved the shot tracking feature to track my progress with various clubs.

The apple watch crashes when swiping to other screens. It appears they’re trying to have a diagram of the hole you’re on but that doesn’t work either. There’s a spinning wheel in its place that eats up your watch battery. The old watch app was more useful. Quit trying to put too much stuff on a little screen Update the Apple watch no longer shows the same yardage as the phone. This is what happens when the developer is not a golfer. Next time try the app in real situations first. Go back to original watch app
