    Not surprised. Must contact customer service for digital access even after being a 15 year customer with valid login for other devices. They need to invest more towards getting the programming right. I’ve had this same issue every time I try to go digital with their subscription.

    I'll stick with the old version for now and won't upgrade. Pretty typical for this outfit. Their online presence keeps getting more and more laden and slow. Apparently, no voice of the customer at their table.

    Not sure what they did but it's broken now. Big problems with switching orientation from landscape to portrait. Pretty much unusable.
