I love reading but I’ve really just started to feel frustrated by the app. Every time I try and read my screen gets frozen, and even when I close and reopen the app, it is still stuck in the exact same place when the page lands. Over the last few days I’ve been on the verge of just deleting the app because it is so ridiculous. I’ve never had this problem until the app kept updating and now it seems non-stop. About every 48 hours the app logs me out and then I have to log back in again and then the pages still get stuck meaning that I have to reset the app and start from the beginning.

I love the app but can you like put a translator on the app for people don’t know other languages

I don’t know why everything must be ad based anymore but this is overkill. Every time you swipe to the next paragraph or “page” of a story u have a 30 sec to min long ad. You can get rid of this if u wanted to pay 6$ a month to read short stories.

I love wattpad and I have been using it for years now. It’s a really great app for reading all different kinds of books. The only thing is as of recently the ads have been getting out of control. I get an ad after every chapter I read and it’s really starting to get annoying and I would hate to have to stop using the app because of this!

ive had wattpad since 2017 and i love it. i couldve done without the paid stuff but i understand some people actually publish books that you can buy who have started on wattpad which i think is super cool and inspiring. anyway- the only problem i have with this app is that it keeps logging me out on my phone. and if im not logged out, it freezes and i have to restart it. its a little annoying, but i can get past it bc this app is still perfect. i hope it gets fixed tho!!

Ive had this app for years and worked great until a year ago. From closing itself down- - to now always having to login every single time. The stories are never where i left off and forget trying to read offline..which I pay yearly to have. There’s no customer service. Trouble shooting is a joke. Not wasting another dime.

it freezing when i open it 9 times outa 10….gotta close an open abt 5-6 time for it to work…by these recent reviews yall alrdy know that tho…im confused why its not getting fix???

I’m having the same issues the other people are reporting. The freezing and having to reopen the app every time it crashes. Please, for the other commenters and myself, please fix the issues myself and the other people are having.

i’ve used this app for years and a lot of my favorite books are on it but it has gone so downhill since i downloaded it. After every chapter there’s an add and every few seconds the whole app freezes and closing the app doesn’t work to fix it. i don’t want to delete this app because i love reading and writing on it but it’s starting to get to the point where i don’t even bother to start a new book.
