Every time I try to submit anything into the app it boots me out every time. Useless

About 5 days after paying for a year’s subscription, i reported that i’d received 3 authentication codes via email that i didn’t request. I was worried someone was trying to hack my account. Support emailed that they were escalating my concern. Next email i got told me i was banned for not following their terms. I appealed sending screenshots of my report & codes and within a day told the appeal denied. Permanent ban on account (still don’t know if i was hacked, but i did nothing wrong). They did instruct me to reply to request help setting up a new account, so i emailed the request. No reply. I sent in inquiries daily. No reply. Asked for refund, given generic instructions on turning off recurring subscription. No phone number, no chat option. They don’t seem to read actual content of requests. I’m disputing through my credit card company. If you are willing to risk trying Match with the holes on their security & awful support, pay for the shortest subscription you can. I was totally ripped off.

This platform is horrible, it’s expensive, the men on here just want to loon only! If I wanted to be a monkey in a zoo, I would go join a zoo! This is a waste of money, a waste of time and an absolutely ridiculous way to try to meet anyone at all! When you boost yourself, I’m not sure what even that is. It’s an extra charge and I’m not sure that they actually circulate your profile because nothing ever happens after you do the boost! Why do people pay, their hard earned money to not even to not even reach out, absolutely a waste of money in time!

Match Group bought all their competitors. They don’t want you to match with anyone. Every time someone does they lose a paying customer. They also steer you to their other apps that have paid advertising.

I renewed my subscription after a couple of years off and Match immediately banned my account for suspicious activity. The only activity was me Renewing the account. Their customer service was of no help and would give me no reason for the ban.

As the title says, get rid of swiping. It makes navigating the app worse because a typical way of rolling through pictures is the same motion.

Never again. Terrible selection. The app seems to consistantly ignore my preferences.

I’d literally match with someone and they were gone two seconds later. Or I would be messaging with someone, they’d be gone and a little later I could see the messages again. They’d send me a list of people but nothing worthy of.

I just signed up for Match, and was immediately blocked by Match. They no reason why. I had no opportunity to set up my account or look at potential matches. I did pay $59.99, which they took…and then banned me. Again they gave no reason whatsoever. Very very bizarre! I would avoid this app like the plague. Major rip off.
