Description

Harmonium will enable you to play different styles of harmonium, perfectly in tune. If you're interested to play indian music (karnatac or hindusthani), this is the perfect "travel" harmonium you need. Tune your harmonium such as the great singer masters where doing, in the indian harmonic scale. You select harmonic scale, and the base note. That's it. If you prefer to play western music, religious music, then tune the harmonium to the common tempered scale. You'll have a big church harmonium in your pocket! Our harmonium can do automatic transposition. You can play in any key with the same keyboard position. You just need to select the note to play on the C key of the keyboard. Harmonium contains two sound flavours : - Traditional Harmonium, with deep sound of original reeds - Modern flute organ, simpler, heavenly Each sound flavour has a simple set of reeds, or double (with octave). The harmonium can be tuned between A 380 Hz and 470 Hz. An option enables harmonium to play while your iPhone / iPad is playing music. This is very convenient for training yourself to accompagny your prefered artists! Play karaoke with your harmonium! For getting the best sound from this instrument, it is advised to use a good headphone or a pair of speakers with loudspeaker. We should distinguish Harmonium from Shruti (or sruti). Actually, the harmonium is a melody instrument and is usually used to follow the melody played by the soloist (sitar, bansuri, vocal, tabla, ...). The Shruti is only used to play continuously a set of notes (drone) for create the musical atmosphere.

I liked the app first. It worked for few minutes and then it just stopped playing. I restarted the iPad and also tried to reinstall. Also made sure that the multitouch gesture is on, but still it does not work. Please suggest.

Sounds like an organ, not even close to a harmonium. Save your money!!! It's a shame with the heart of Vedic songs that the harmonium is used to sing, they will scam you just like any other place. It's an organ or keyboard sound only so if you want that it's not bad. It's definitely not a harmonium though.

Doesn't even have a drone, in addition to horrible sound. Might as well get ANY other keyboard app and hold down your own drones. Deleting.
