I don't understand how come it doesn't pop up to automatically save my passwords. it's so difficult to use and then i have to go save everything ...it's just a pain.

I’ve used the program for about 10-years and the cost has nearly tripled. There are many new password programs that do the same function that are free or cost much less. I’ll let my subscription expire this time around after the new $25 price increase.

$10 price increase to $40 but the app is exactly the same. corporate greed playing in our faces like we’re stupid so this is my last month using the app. 🍅🍅🍅
don’t spend your money or waste your time on this app. even the free version isn’t worth it. our money and patronage are powerful, and it’s time we remembered that. 🤙🏼✨

Company has free personal platform but blocks you and deletes your information including passwords if you don’t buy their plan. Password reset to get back in the app is also blocked stating “support not offered for free account, must enroll and pay” holds your account and password information as hostage for money

Theres really nothing special about this and its just as cumbersome as any other password manager if you moving between browsers, devices and platforms. I dont particularly like the GUI and I really dislike them trying to upsell with protection and scanning my passwords for this or that problem. Piss off is my feeling.

No customer service! I have been trying for days to contact them. No phone number to call This is ridiculous Great program when it’s working but second stage verification is no longer sending a text with the verification code and then three or four days later it will show up in a text. Something’s going on with their system that they’re not addressing. I’ve sent them the final email today stating that if they don’t resolve the issue I will get let’s see if they even care?

I’ve been a keeper user for years. First time I’ve ever run into a black screen of death. I’ve contacted keeper, but the app remains inoperable. I’m able to access records only via desktop. If this issue isn’t fixed, I’m forced to subscribe with another app.
Update: I was instructed to uninstall and reinstall. The first time I did this, it fixed the problem. It crashed again in the middle of me using the app. Black screen returned.
