  • So much potential wasted on a frustrating experience

App logs you out after every session. You’ll still get push notifications but any interaction with opening the app causes me to have to log in again. There is no gesture support. None at all. Everything is tapping. Want to quickly get through tickets? You have to tap on the ticket. Then wait for it to load. Then tap “close” and wait. There’s no bulk editing so you have to do this one at a time. The interface is cut off on mobile too. The above mentioned “close” button is halfway cut off when you’re in a ticket. If you’re typing a long response, the input box gets lost behind the keyboard and you have to just hope what you’re typing is correct. At this point this app is nothing more than a glorified notification app. The entire experience in the app is marred with such a poor user experience. Great on desktop though, but this app will frustrate you to the ends of the earth.
