The workouts are good for range of motion and as a warm up. There are 28 daily workouts ranging from 6 to 10 minutes each, and another 20 workouts going up to 17 minutes. No diet information or tracking. No hydration tracking that I recall. No escalation to longer or heavier workouts that burn significant calories. No resources or encouragement in the app to do other exercises such as walking. You will not lose much weight using this app. The app has a long onboarding series of questions. At one point it indicated I would get to my target weight loss of 51 pounds by December. This December, around seven weeks from when I started using the app. On what planet? If I recall correctly, the pricing is yearly after the 7 day trial. Seems predatory, trying to lock you in before you might realize there is not much content in this app. Better to find chair workouts on YouTube.

This costs way too much for what you get. Wish I could get my money back. I’ve wasted 19 days of boring and not effective workouts and 80 something dollars 🤦‍♀️

This app would easily be a 5 star app and still can if I figure out how to make it play through my Bluetooth. Please tell me this is possible???

I just recently started to use this app it was also a good deal $40/year, I’ve been wanting to try and for that price I pulled the trigger. I like the easement of the workouts and minimal workout supplies. I pick from a variety of workouts to do daily which I like. The music however is TERRIBLE! The music is lullaby music like you here in a relaxing spa, NOT good for working out and it’s the same lullaby for Every workout. Also there needs to be an explanation for some of these workouts or show an alternative way not everyone is flexible.
