Game keeps shutting down

the game genuinely lags after not even 10 minutes of game-time doing just my dailies. i remember during the "Sinister Strategy" ranking event, it lagged so much just from loading in like never before causing me to delete the game for a few days. Another thing, scout rates (the chances/odds of pulling new units) are completely unbearable and unfair; i saved up to 13k crystals, and got NOTHING. i even spent real money on this game on TOP of the grinding i did to make a point; the game needs a better tweak besides a random patch fix, and to implement a scout rate-up on some banners. fix your game, please.

Great game so fun to play when you are bored and don’t have any swords or anime to watch

The game often crashes. I can play for a few minutes and then it lags, even though I set the settings to the lowest. When I enter solo rank, the game crashes. After I set the Chinese language, the game doesn't lag. When I play for more than an hour, the game crashes again. even though i'm a fan of sword art online but the game is laggy, i'd rather play saoif

I really like this game, but I do think what really made me give it 3/5 stars is due to the fact that my game crashes even after putting my settings all on low or recommended. Also randomly while I’m playing the quality of the game gets pixelated like it’ll go from perfectly fine to horrible in a matter of minutes. I’m using an iphone 11 not sure if maybe it has to do with the fact newer devices can handle the picture better or what but those are some things effecting me from fully enjoying the game currently as a new player. Another thing keeping me from fully enjoying the game definitely has to be the loading screens between menu’s is so ridiculously slow.

Well, let me just say this: this game is addictive and fun to play. It almost kinda reminds me of Memory Defrag, but in a different way. However, the scouting is exactly the same way; both ridiculous and unfair! Is it better than Integral Factor? Of course, but the energy around it is no different. Trust me, if you’re one of those people who have extremely bad luck like I do, then this game would be no exception. So, if you want to continue to play this game, and if you’re trying to reach for the top, then my suggestion is to use real money and have Lady Luck at your side, because in all seriousness, that’s basically the only way you’re going to reach your goal.
