Free trial is over and they keep trying to charge my card. Tried numerous times to cancel subscription and it won’t let you. Seems like a scam because of that so I’m glad I never entered my information

The app overall is good but once you’ve linked everything and spent literal hours connecting your accounts, it’s practically impossible to see anything after the free trial ends. If anything it looks like they’re trying to continuously keep collecting your data since they won’t let you disconnect your accounts.

This ROI app keeps trying to bill my card and luckily I used one that doesn’t work. When I try to cancel my subscription, it just tells me to update my payment method. I used apps with subscriptions before, but I’ve never had to deal with this sort of issue. Unless you wanna pay $120, don’t download it.

Unable to trade with Schwab as advertised. Contacted customer service and still researching after 4 days. AI slow to respond at best and no response most of the time.

If you’re a paid user, the app is great and it’s definitely worth it, especially if you get it during a holiday deal. If you aren’t a paid user, be prepared to get constant pop ups that annoy you. There’s no way to turn it off either. About 5 times I day I get notified and pop ups to upgrade to premium. Really annoying and would be nice of ROI to remove that and stop poking at users to go premium. If anything it makes me want to delete the app, not subscribe.

It wasn’t as good as they advertised it. Very bad and confusing calls on some stocks. Asked for a refund since I don’t even have a month with them and they declined it saying it was an apple issue, not theirs.

Seems cool and they sold you one idea but in reality is nothing special for the 120 a year not worth the money try to cancel before the end of the trial and won’t let me until they charge me for the year

Spent so long setting up my account only for it to not work without them shoving a monthly subscription down my throat every 2 seconds. The concept behind the app is cool but for the love of everything stop it with the corporate greed and not everything needs a subscription. One time small payment? sure, but monthly subscription for something like this is ridiculous.
