I paid for a year’s subscription, which very clearly said gives access to all books. The year subscription was a good chunk of money. I went to read and it won’t allow me to read past the first few chapters of any of the books. It keeps asking me to pay for a year subscription that I already paid for! I contacted customer service. The first response I got had nothing to do with my issue. It was stupid, and I let them know it was stupid and told them I want my subscription that I paid for. Someone else finally got to me and asked me for my member ID, and I gave that to them, and they haven’t gotten back to me and it’s been a while. Apple needs to stop hosting apps that take people’s money and don’t deliver. I’m ticked!

After reading a sample of a book, I downloaded the app and subscribed to finish it. But the story fizzled out for me so I decided to not go forth with my subscription and cancel it. I followed the instructions on how to cancel my subscription and in my apple subscriptions, the app was not found to cancel? I then try other ways like going to the company site, through my Google play, and so forth. I even emailed customer support twice with no answer. This has been a nightmare to say the least. I’m hoping to get this resolved before I get charged again? Please save yourself the trouble because I’m thinking this is a scam to rip people off? Now I have to contact my bank to put a stop to these transactions, if there was an option for no stars I’d have chosen that one.

Their site specifically tells you to contact them through their customer service email to cancel subscription. The response is a long email telling you how you have to contact the company that you used to pay to cancel the subscription. That’s so ridiculous and aggravating it’s unbelievable. Put those instructions on your site and stop wasting people’s timelines. Customers should be able to cancel the subscription directly through their customer service app. I DO NOT RECOMMEND

This app charges waaaaaaay too much, it’s difficult to cancel your subscription, and the stories are only a few chapters long and always have a sad ending. Do NOT get

I got a weekly subscription for a reduced rate so I could read JUST this book. At chapter 27 it was no longer this story. The MFC name changed with no explanation and she wasn’t the same person at all! Don’t bother trying to read it. Ariana doesn’t appear again.
