  • Does not work on an iPad 9th generation.

    As the title states, does not work on my iPad 9th gen. It downloads the 23gb update but then after you get to the login screen and start loading into it, it’ll crash every time. It shouldn’t be available to install at all if it doesn’t work.

    I played this game from launch with my friends and it was AWESOME! I was online constantly whenever I had a second to spare and I especially loved that there is a customizable main character option unlike Genshin. However… the game is now far too large and buggy to run on my phone. 30GB isn’t enough to run it meaning I’ve officially been kicked off one of my favorite mobile games. This kind of game at this magnitude is most successful on consoles and PC which have at least a chance of handling the INSANE storage load. How far ToF has fallen… it makes me so sad.

    It really hurts me because I do love the gameplay and storyline soo far, but the endless bugs and getting kicked from the game every time I try to access my map has me soo frustrated I’m gunna have to give it a break for awhile

    I’ve been trying to install the game ever since it downloaded. It keeps saying insufficient storage for the update. How much freaking storage does it need? I have over 30GB storage available that’s not being used and it still keeps saying that.

    I would really like to link my account to PlayStation five but seeing that that’s not an option I might not really play this game no more but I’m a play on mobile but not that much because like I want a bigger scream and share play it with my friends because I did so much on my mobile account I want to start from scratch again because that’s hard please I still love this game a lot but I wanna use my account that I worked hard for on my other devices such as console

  • Game Progress Lost & No Longer Works

    I played ToF from launch and for a few months until bored with it. (Genshin scratched the itch better, sorry). Someone wanted to co-op it again so I reinstalled only to discover that it won’t run on my phone. I get the notorious “disk space error” even though my phone shows 300GB local storage available. I attempted some troubleshooting for a while before deciding it’s a known problem with no known solution beyond wiping my whole device. I tried it on my iPad (with less storage btw) and it loaded fine. However, I logged in with my registered email address (noting there’s no longer a “Google” option) and my account was reset from scratch as a new player. Noooope, not starting over. I’ve been in contact with CS for days and they still can’t even wrap their head around the idea I’m trying to recover my account. Just don’t bother. There are better games out there.

    I like the game but when ever I try to play it says it’s downloading something and it doesn’t download so I can’t play and nothing I do works, plz fix this

  • Used to have mouse/keyboard support, no more.

    I gave this game 5 stars originally, but now it's 1 star. Since this new company took over managing it, they removed the mouse/keyboard support for the game. It's almost 2025. No one wants to pick up a hot device and claw at the screen with their thumbs like animals. 1 star, and will never try this again.
