They delete all the data of players who haven’t played the game and didn’t do the transfer and they don’t even bother letting you skip the beginning part of the story. Unless they send me SSR boxes via email so I can choose all the characters I had, I’m never playing this game again

This is a terrible game. They’re not money hungry, THEIR STORAGE HUNGRY i can’t even download this dang ol game without getting the words “Update failed due to insufficient storage” WHAT?! If you want to download this game just so you know, YOURE GONNA NEED EXTRA STORAGE!!

So, Tower of Fantasy is a pretty good game. Animations are great, storyline is good, overall a good game. But there are some problems to be aware of. Tower of Fantasy is pretty glitchy- sometimes when I open it, it kicks me out of the app. I try it a couple times, but it never really works. But, overall, not bad game.

I have never written reviews before but I had to write one because of this issue. I try to return to this game and realize that it didn’t save my data from last time. I look into it and see that there were account transfers and even better: a deadline of only 3 months. So basically if you didn’t return in time, your data was deleted. There were no notices or anything so all your progress is gone. If I could give less than one star I would. I downloaded this game just to delete in one second after I found out.

Took a break for a while, they changed publishers and deleted all accounts that didn’t go through a transfer process that only lasted from February to April.

Downloaded all the information, and then I get an error message when it gets to 90’s% on updating the “recent updates”? It’s my first time downloading so probably the new update is malin it up playable on my end. Very sad I love MMORPGS 💔💔

After installing the game and opening the App, I get the “unable to download update due to insufficient storage space” error. Yet there is plenty of space available on my phone, and I have even cleared out the rest of my games trying to get it to work, but all I get is the same error message with zero option of troubleshooting or contacting support.

Good game I played it before but I have a bit of a problem with the game it kicks me out while I’m logging in which really annoys me and I try switching accounts to ease the overheating but none of its working so I was wondering maybe ease down with the graphics and tone down the amount of data is should take.

30gigs of storage was not enough for the new update

40 GB Updated after dev response; I haven’t been able to get on since the update because the super high gb cost, is there any work being done to reduce costs that?
