User Friendly Installation

The WiFi network is not working after initial installation which did work. Very frustrating and software help to not helpful. This was supposed to be why I bought this printer

So disappointed in this company. Their new update forces you to use their ink only. They want to force you to subscribe to their monthly app in order to print.

This is a very false printer set up. I did not understand why it requires me to have a subscription I used to like HP but for some reason now I’m not like an HP nor any of its affiliates.

I’d drive to a library and pay someone to print my things before i buy another printer and try to use it again.

Doesn’t work very well keep dropping printer, even though you’re right in front of it

I have not received any ink since 2023 and I have cancelled this account in 2024 and they are still taking money out of my account. Tried calling them used the option to get a call back. I did get a callback and the phone rang once and hung up. I am still waiting for my account to be cancelled and the funds returned.
