This has to be the worst month in the history of this game. I was 2 levels from infinite, but still uninstalled. They launch the greediest event I've ever seen, each update makes iOS crash more, the new Dormammu card removes the BGM while having its spells seize up on the mobile version, then there's the EOMM matchmaking, Engagement Optimized Match Making needs to be abolished. It's so rigged and manipulated, you will have bot matches thrown in to even it out. Then, no matter which deck you choose, you will go against the exact deck to counter it. I don't want to be forced to grind with the same 1-3 decks. There's hundreds of fun cards, yet you're punished for deviating from the meta. There was once a time where I wouldn't hesitate to get the season pass with a bit of gold. Now, I cannot justify spending a dime. The game used to be fun. The Elsa Bloodstone season was so unique and fun. It didn't have to introduce new spell mechanics--it used existing mechanics to spark creativity. The Marvel universe is so expansive, so this month we get... Merlin. Merlin?! What a joke! And he gets to be a meta card. They can't keep getting away with this chicanery! Check it out around October for Halloween. Maybe they will rectify these issues.

Solid gameplay, but the devs have gotten super greedy for players’ time, and the app crashes every 1-2 minutes on iOS. This one is going down the drain

Been playing since its official launch and was hook for a while even through the rough patches. However, recently my experience has been less than great. The app is unoptimized, crashes, booted out of games and losing when reconnected, certain interaction prevent cards from showing or played, lags all over. The game also started to be more grind ex. back to back event that require a huge amount of time to gain rewards. Some card balancing seems to cater to new cards way too hard, I was enjoying C3 for the longest time but all cards in that deck changed so much that it was almost unplayable for the longest time. I’ll still play but don’t know for how much longer.

This game is not what it used to be, it’s become extremely predatory. You’re expected to grind endlessly to get barely discounted cards, and each card is worth the value of a brand new Xbox game. They release 12 new cards monthly with no legitimate way to get them unless you’re a whale and grind endlessly. Until they fix the acquisition system, only a 1 star would be appropriate. The gameplay itself is fantastic but since you can get barely any new cards, and there’s no new game modes, you’re expected to just enjoy the same thing over and over again, or quit your job and empty your wallet. I already left this game because it’s not worth my time and money, and not even the whales are rewarded for their time and money.

play this if u enjoy a voracious succubus constantly sucking your soul and hard earned cash from your decaying gaming corpse. bugs and nerfs aplenty too. if u prefer an abusive relationship this is your game and dev. 5 stars

terrible card acquisition, terrible monetization, terrible dev team. if you are willing to drops hundreds of dollars then you will be fine! all they care about is making money.

The game is buggier and more expensive than its ever been. With SD just admitting there was no way to get Kid Omega without buying it with cash for a limited time game mode. Plus they caved to the homophobes and didn’t do the pride variants this year.
