  • Not working even cannot log in , no help with login and glitch

    I wish I can somehow get refund , biggest problem is there is no help to just log in. My screen stuck at making account as new user. I do not even see log in screen. I also did not get help with password or log in ( reset) This glitch ( cannot get to log in screen ever no matter what I do ) not resolved and there is no help ( just email and they do not help) I regret paying for app I cannot even log in. Worst app I ever used No web version either. I delete redownloaded app. Still only shows new registration page and cannot get out of this page no matter what I do!!

    I expected to be able to set one request and have CR take care of the rest for $59.99 per year. Not so, you have go through what looks like hundreds of companies if not more than 1000 one by one.

    Not everyone has all their passwords and logins on an iphone and not everyone has a cell phone but still has internet access and a tablet.

    This is a great concept. Execution leaves much to be desired. I was able to send out a handful of requests before it ran out of suggestions. Two granted, one denied, the rest perpetually “under review”. Neither great nor awful, but there’s no way I would pay $60 per year or $20 per month(!) for the “plus” version after the lackluster performance of the base version.

    It said this was $59.99. I was charged $68.88. I cannot talk to anyone about this extra charge We have been working on this. The permission Slip people have worked to help me find the answer that they did not charge more than the $59.99. I paid with Apple Pay and they sent me a statement that included other subscriptions but did not list them. I thought it was all charged by PS. This is a good company to deal with.

    And without warning, we now have to pay for it. I guess it’s not enough that I subscribe to consumer reports which has proven to be quite useless in the last year or so. I may just cancel it all.

    This was free and as a CR subscriber it should remain free. I am not going to subscribe to yet another app or service. I’m done.

  • Deleting Permission Slip Until is Does What it’s Supposed to do

    I had high hopes for this app when I first learned about it. But soon I realized that all it’s just useless app containing a contact list for submitting opt out request and do not sell requests. The user has to submit the request themselves, and include a written, hard copy request in some cases. Hopefully, CR will spend some $$$ on programmers to make it functional. When they do, I will reinstall;it. In the interim, I’ll just use the contact info on the websites to submit my request and save my iPad’s disc space for apps that actually perform the task they are supposed to perform.

    They are an independent and nonprofit they only ask for donations. They also went through the time to go through the terms and conditions of these companies, so you know exactly what data can be collected from you. I know it works because occasionally I get a reply email from whatever company had my data!
