    I love AI. I purchased this app a month or two ago. I have tried it on a limited basis I love the scratch and colorization feature. I like the way it rebuilds a picture It is awful little sometimes. It will get better with future updates.

  • Terrible customer service/scam trial

    Had this app on my phone for years (unused). I used the free trial a few years ago but never got rid of the app. So when I’m cleaning out apps from my phone, I come across it and it says free trial. I frequently download apps to try and then forget about them. So naturally I’ve forgotten that I tried it out before. So I give it a try (3-day trial) and it works ok. Definitely doesn’t work magic like the ads show, but it has some positive use cases. I try out a handful of pictures and it doesn’t quite workout for me the way I expected it to. So I cancel it. Three days go by, and I get a charge from the app, even though I’ve canceled it through the subscription tab in settings. Not only that but it’s not even for the full week, but the remaining 4-days from when the “trial” started. Contacted Apple several times and was denied a refund without a reason. Have contacted the developer with zero response. App developer is not honoring the 3-day trial it’s app offered. There’s obviously a glitch in the system. Apple is paid from their own credit card. I get notified the moment something is bought from Apple but this one took 3-days. Same amount of time as the “trial”. Proceed at your own risk. From my point of view at this point, it’s a SCAM.

    I’d give it 4 stars if it didn’t constantly ask me how i like it and to give a review. Especially when it started the second time I used it.

    I put five or six semi blurry pictures in nothing horrible just to see if the pixel enhancer would work. It absolutely did 100% nothing nothing at all so if you’re buying this for the enhancement part I would pass.
