    Overly intrusive app trying to sell additional subscription service on top of what I already paid. The app displays the ad banner that won’t go away unless subscribe.

    I’ve used multiple feeders granary and now RFID. I’ve experienced issues with connecting to Wi-Fi. I’ve sent messages and lackluster support. The granary feeder which is a cheaper feeder was better than the RFID feeder. I have the corded fountain and it won’t connect even though it was recently connected. I’m at a loss because my cats come to expect the food but it no longer works😩

    I have two polar feeders at home and at work. However today is the second day in a row one of the feeders has failed to open on all scheduled times.

    Recently bought two rfid feeders and come to find out this app is half baked and really needs work. impossible to scan new rfid tags. No way to focus the camera on the tags.

    I bought this dual tray feeder about a year ago for my two cats- it’s been working wonderfully until the latest update to the app and/or firmware on the device. Now the scheduled feedings do NOT work reliably- it maybe works 30-50% of the time at most. I now have to manually dispense once I see the empty dishes and realize my cats are hungry. The app just has a “status unknown” next to the scheduled time. This never happened before. And how about a simple NOTIFICATION if this happens is that so much to ask? Notifications are terribly useless in this app. No reminders of filter replacement or not dispensing food- just bright red errors once you go into the app. This could (and should) be so much better.

    I love this feeder. My cats love this feeder. It would be nice to get push notifications when the desiccant bag needs changed. Also, if it could set a push notification when the feeder is low on food. Just a couple of suggestions to make it even better.

    Nevermind the fact that the cooled feeder can’t function without the app. Feature wise I’d expect atleast iOS shortcut support to enable Siri commands to open and close the darn thing without needing to constantly interact with the app for such a simple action.

    "Network Connection Failure" for the last few days. It's on Petlibro's end, the app itself keeps repeating the message over and over. Can't trust this device now. EDIT: completely removing the app and reinstalling seemed to resolve the issue, for now.

  • $80 for the scale and then $60 a year to know how much my cat should be drinking? Think again!

    Bought this water fountain to know how much my cat is drinking. He was drinking fine before, but the world has to be measured and recorded so so does his. After giving them a ton of information they don’t really need with an annoying login process that logs you out each time you use another device while making you set your region and saying you agree to the terms every time, you get to the core of the app where the app counts down from 14 twice and tells you how much your cat is drinking and when. But how much should your cat drink? They take all the height, weight, eating habits, etc., but then make you pay $60 to have that simple calculation performed. You have to set your own goal. This information is one web search away from but for $80 for the water fountain, you’d think the very basic measurement it’s designed to have you compare against would be BLOODY WELL included in the app!
