  • NEED THIS FETURE

    alright, I just got this feeder and it’s working GREAT super easy set up and all blah blah blah. BUT there really needs to be a feature that atuo closes the lid if it senses a spasific collar nearby, we bought two feeders for two cats cause they had a habit of stealing each others food, but the other cat can just waltz up while one’s feeding and it’ll stay open as long as the actual cat that’s conected if there. I’m pretty sure this is possible with just a software update tbh

  • Not for the infrequent users

    This app works great for what it was designed to do. But if you are connected to a feeder it will begin to non-stop blast you with notification at every hour of the day telling you if you unplug your feeder. Which I understand, it wants to make sure it wasn’t an accident and your pet is still being fed. But as far as I’ve found the only way to get it to stop alerting you the device is unplugged is to entirely disconnect the device. Which means every time I use it I have to reconnect the device to my app, and every time I’m not using it, I get bombarded with “your device is offline” messages until I disconnect the device. It’s a pain and I really hope they soon add a way to acknowledge your device is unplugged without disconnecting it to stop the notifications.

    Love the product I have, Dock stream Function. The app leaves a-lot to be desired for me. For one, Ive requested that they implement dark mode for accessibility. I have a dry eye condition, which means I cannot use. Light mode apps very easily. Another thing is the water intake history just feels clunky. The day selector could be much easier with left and right arrows instead of a scrolling selector. The charts section is small and at the bottom of the app. Also the app now is continually logging me out saying the session expired within seconds of logging in.

    Camera stream gets a loading error a lot of the time. Everything else is fine.

  • Shared device privileges

    Me and my partner both want to be able to check in on our cats, but since he made the primary account and shared to me I can’t look at any of the saved footage where motion was detected, I also can’t talk through it, or change certain settings. At least the primary account should be able to activate these privileges for shared accounts.

    i purchased a feeder that was sent to me defective out of the box. customer support tried to tell me basic troubleshooting things that didn’t work, which is fine. the problem lies in the fact that, when i tried to return it, they wanted me to PAY a fee of over $10 for the return label if i wanted an exchange of the same product, a refund, OR store credit. that is simply unacceptable for a company whose own website claims that their return process is “hassle free.” i will never be purchasing anything from this company again, and i suggest you don’t either.

  • Pretty okay app with 2 glaring deficiencies

    Two things really hurt usability of this app: 1) if you feed twice per day repeating and editing the scheduling is very clunky because the logic for twice per day feeding doesn’t replicate properly and when editing the schedule the check for conflicting feedings is during schedule entry rather than at the end where it belongs. Makes it difficult to adjust the schedule. 2) Feeding period defaults to 1 minute rather than remembering prior setting. Also it randomly resets to 1 minute when editing prior schedule. Otherwise a pretty good app.

    This app is absolute garbage. No way to reset the wifi because there’s no option in the app. The video online shows different features as well that of course are not available.

  • Decent Feeder

    The app works so far, but my partner shared the device to my account and it has limited functionality. I cannot use the microphone to talk to my pet like my partner can, I’m also not sure if there is other functionality missing. Why the difference in functionality with no way to enable it for shared users?

  • New 1 Cup Feeding Limit

    With the new update, there is now a one cup limit on a scheduled feed. I use this feeder for a large dog who has seizures and needs to eat before anyone wakes up to lower her incidence of seizures. The developers are wrong for this.
