    First the app always logs me out each Time I close it on my phone and I have to log in each time via google. This should keep me logged in unless I sign out. Its irritating that it keeps logging me out Second, I have hard inquiries that I want to dispute and they are not even showing up! Why did I pay 99 dollars for a service that says I can dispute things in my credit report but then the hard inquiry’s aren’t even showing up for me to dispute. It’s misleading and I can’t even get a refund.

    I use to have this, changed my email and phone number after identity theft, but after putting in my information under my new email it wants me to sign in under my old email and verify with code with old phone number, no spot in app to contact support. So i gyess you cannot create a new account.

    I was skeptical but I was using Clerkie at the time. Clerkie lets you see which debt gets crushed/removed pretty instant even if you don’t pay your debt with them. While this app was doing this thing, I paid for the premium for a couple months and saw responses. For some responses it’s easier to long onto transunion, equifax, experian from the web to see the dispute results. Whether verified debt or deletion I was happy that my $20/mo for their premium service wasn’t going to waste. Make sure you pick the best solution for your situation and re-dispute verified debt, It could come back deleted a second time.
