  • Won’t get past “business registration submitted”

    It was working fine until an update few months ago. Now after every update it won’t go past “business registration submitted” screen. At the bottom it says to contact support if need help but there’s no number/email to contact support at.

    Worst app i ever seen to do order. I have another platform that are so easy to place an order. In this app if i keep in cart anything and don’t submit it it removes from cart so slow…

    Everything was fine until they did some kind of transition and other peoples accounts were linked to mine, and now I can’t even open the app.

    When on the checkout screen it’s very purple in some sections and there’s no final button to place an order. Also, I don’t know why the basket randomly will clear out. Just keep things in the cart until I’m ready to check out and remove the out of stock items.

    This app was great when it launched but has slowly become unusable. Crashes, deleting order, buggy when it is running. Wish it was as good as it could be.

    Literal unusable garbage. Don’t believe the fake reviews, it simply does not work correctly. I’m not sure why you’d even launch something with so many issues.

    I have been trying to make an account for four solid days working with support and they have yet to come to a solution or given me an estimate to when they can fix the issue.I’m pretty sure I’ll stick to order it directly from my beer rep.

  • Make the PDF more useful

    If you want people to use this app, can you make it also more useful for the back-office. By adding fields like packUPC, CASE UPC, UNIT OF MEASURE, and Suggested retail on the PDF export? That would help us import electronic invoices into our point of sale systems.
