  • Terrible customer service

    The customer service assistant was incredibly not helpful. Reached out regarding a subscription problem and everything was ai responses back, extremely long winded, and avoided a answer to my problem at all costs. The software itself didn’t have proper information on the companies I was interested in so I couldn’t do a proper analysis. Highly don’t recommend this app. Choose another one. Along with all of this when you go to cancel your subscription you can’t follow through with it unless you watch a full 90 second video, absurd.

    They give u 7 days for 7 dollars trial but if u want to cancel after that it’s a nightmare Worse customer service impossible to delete your account and there is no phone number .. I am livid

  • Poor analysis, they delete comments under their YouTube channels

    The last straw was deleting my comments under their YouTube channel… This is really unprofessional and bad reputation for your business. The stock analyzer tool is the simplest tool one can create. Finance is not that simple, and it depends on a company how you value it. Ask any financial professional… The videos are poorly made, critical mistakes in valuations have made. No real proof of their investing success was given, not even to their private group. This business is doomed to fail the more people loose money following EM.

    Love this app so much. By far my most used app, and that’s comparing it even with IG & FB. No nonsense investing with great fundamentals and the 8 pillars is the best. Highly recommended 👍🏼

    When I try to purchase the 30 dollar a month program it sends me to a gray screen. Let it load deleted re downloaded the app. Nothing, was really excited to use the app hope the issue gets fixed soon

  • They’ll ban you for valid criticisms

    They recently made a switch from discord, and tried replicating it in their app, which you as a user are forced to use while they settle things out within the beta version chat. You voice your criticisms and get muted and banned from the chat. Don’t bother with those frauds.

    They literally have sold out. Barely do work. The software is a glorified Excel file. As time went on the blocked and muted community members that don’t follow the line. While doing less work. Don’t fall for it. Trust me you will see this after a few months. It’s pretty sad honestly. The also just pump hype stocks claiming to be value investors, but never show you those stocks. They are basically actors, but trying to be Anti-MeetKevin, but actually are them.

  • When searching tickets

    If you type in a ticker for a stock it’ll usually pop up first try, but than when you go back and type in a new one it just won’t work sometimes and you’ll have to close the app just to search a new ticker, otherwise everything is great.
