    Waste of $75. WiFi isn’t good for playing any video games on an Xbox. Get kicked out of any online game mode within 5 minutes.

    Paying for this internet in the barracks at JBLM and it has constant outages and when it does work the internet is weak. Would definetly recommend setting up an xfinity router if this as it has not worked for me at all.

    Boingo is honestly one of (if not THE) worst internet services I’ve ever had. Constantly loses connection, right now I can’t even download any games to my Xbox at all, constant lag and disconnects. If I could rate 0 stars I definitely would because this is garbage. I’m gonna be switching to spectrum today for a direct connection. If you guys are looking for a good service, do NOT use Boingo

    Well where do i start… I wish i could rate this 0 in all honesty. I paid for blazing internet 100mbps.. and still have 10mbps when i try reconnecting my gaming system. Their customer service is also absolutely trash. Please people save yourselves from this.. there wifi isn’t worth a single penny. JUST STRAIGHT GARBAGEEE!

    For how much they promise to improve user experience and for how much I pay every month you’d think I wouldn’t have to make a biweekly call to customer service to tell them my WiFi isn’t working.

    Impossible to use anything besides a phone on even the best internet plan, which is $70. Feels like I just wasted money whenever I try do anything that requires internet access on my laptop. Games? Forget about it. Trying to login to ESPN to look at your fantasy team? Enjoy the 15 minute load time, since if you try to click the screen at all during the time it takes to load up, you’ll get a not responding message. Sorriest excuse of an internet provider ever.
