    I read reviews first. They were saying it’s free. IT IS NOT FREE. I wouldn’t have left one star if the reviews were honest and said you have to pay for it to be free. I am in installing it because I don’t like lies

    There are some great stretches in here for flexibility. But there’s nothing for weight loss. Unless you’ve been sitting on your couch for the past 10 years and haven’t moved further from there to the refrigerator to the bathroom, there’s not much exercise involved, as I said, mainly stretching. The poses are not described at all, so unless you’ve ever done yoga, you don’t know what you’re supposed to be doing when they tell you to get into a position (I have beginner level knowledge). Disappointed. Will not renew the yearly subscription, if I can get back what I paid, I’d be happy to give up the app. Sorry folks. And you can’t even leave a review because you need a Nick name and any combo of letters/ numbers is taken! What a joke

    As a beginner I felt there needed to be a bit more instruction on the moves! Especially with belly fat and being 50 some of the poses were a bit difficult.

    If you have ever used better me app the work outs are timed like those. The difference better me uses real people most of the time. If a true beginner to yoga you may have a hard time with proper positioning. I’ll keep using YouTube instead of the app.
