    It states you can turn the LED light down, but when I move it from 100% to 30% it does nothing. In short, have not found this usable at all.

    Having a separate app for the Wallbox is pretty confusing. Use the QR code to login and adjust the required amps for your charging. My electrician recommended 32A on a 40A breaker. This Wallbox is connected via Bluetooth, so the app will only work when you are near by. The app itself doesn’t have much doing, so I just set the max output and called it a day.

    No installation guide in the box. This app disconnects from device. Need to disconnect and pair every time. Nothing useful in the app.

    For the price I paid for this box and the issues connecting is pathetic. It has asked me to download the 9.50 version 10 times successfully and still shows that I have to download it.

    This app continually disconnects from the device. It doesn’t down any information on charging and offers zero troubleshooting information. The user interface looks like it was written by a small child with no understanding of how a customer might use this.
