    I was surprised to learn that I had used 5 gig of data within two hours. That’s just not understandable I think there is some weird way of calculating data usage of this company. I have no intention to use it this particular service from this company again.

  • Stranded in NYC: eSIM Failed When I Needed It Most!

    My worst experience ever. I’m in New York for 10 days and bought an eSIM with 30 days of data. This morning, it suddenly stopped working and left me stranded without any signal. I couldn’t even request an Uber, and despite my attempts, I couldn’t get the connection back. I essentially lost my money and wasted valuable time because, out of nowhere, the service disappeared and never returned. Very disappointing.

    Purchase at your own risk if for some reason the eSIM doesn’t work, the support service can’t and woke help you.

    Ok - usually I’m pretty hard on app developers and their support teams because I can almost always find something wrong. AloSim has set the bar extremely high for all consumer apps/tools. I travel allot, as do my family . We’ve downloaded and used AloSim for data connectivity and have had fantastic user experience. Installation seamless , works flawlessly. We have used for periods ranging from 1-2 days to multiple months (by topping off a Sim ) Like all tech tools that work across multiple carriers and multiple devices/versions, an occasional issue can crop up. When I’ve asked for support I’ve been contacted immediately, with the support team sticking with us to ensure the issue is solved. Sometimes it has been pilot error , they’ve cheerfully helped us. Once or twice there have been backbone issues in a carrier network, they have solved the issue and/or found a work around almost immediately. I cannot say enough good things about this tool and company.
