I purchased the service for traveling to the UK, worked fine. Come to use in the USA and the reception has been problematic. I use Mint mobile, but when you run out of data, they are not the cheapest to add GB’s so using other eSim for backup data service. I am dropping aloSIM as a provider to go with another service.

We just used this app for our 2 week trip to Japan. Got the 20 gigs data plan and I still have some leftover after using it everyday for gps and googling places. Never lost connection unless we were in the bottom of a mountain cave or deep subway. As long as your phone is compatible and unlocked you’re good to go. 10/10 would recommend!

I’ve used for 4 different countries. Super simple, great prices. Countries 1-3 no problems, easy to get going once I arrived at the airports. Country 4 had some problems, but the support team got my issue resolved within the hour. Definitely recommend for your eSIM needs.

I will keep it short but, my eSim had expired before I even activated it. I contacted the support chat (which only responds via you email attached to account). They had no idea why it happened and credited me a new eSim which I topped off my eSim already and I activated it. Then it failed to connect to my phone. I contacted support again and “Bernardo” couldn’t care about my unexplained issues and told me to leave because they already gave me free top up.To have any customer support you must have internet which is a paradox because that is the reason you are buy the eSim in the first place.

I think activating alsoSIM is an impossible process, I am of the view your company will only have one time customer because you will not have repeat customers

A couple of years ago, I found a great deal on aloSIM ($25 for a $50 lifetime credit) and have used aloSIM in Europe and South America (recharging as needed) with no problems at all! Their installation/activation instructions are very helpful; that made the whole process of using an eSim seamless! Once I got a physical SIM card in Ecuador, I stopped using aloSIM! Yesterday, I noticed that my balance had somehow shrunk to $0! I filed a support ticket using the aloSIM app, and within (maybe) 15 minutes, the issue was resolved! Great service deserving of 5 stars I will definitely continue to use aloSIM during my travels!
